- An endpoint is an external application connected to Mothercloud as part of your integration. For example, Volo Commerce connected to BigCommerce would be 2 endpoints while Brightpearl connected to 3 websites from a single Magento instance would be 4 endpoints – add an accounting software package like Xero to your integration and the total number of endpoints would become 5.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes, data transferred between your endpoints and Mothercloud is conducted over a secure connection and also encrypted using the same levels of security that online banks do.
- Is Mothercloud GDPR compliant?
- Yes, we do not store customer data in our network, merely unique identifiers relating to data from connected endpoints. Your account can also run solely from our UK, EU or US based AWS datacentres.
- How does support work?
